Judy Lynn Jordan, age 58 of Brighton, died Saturday, January 22, 2011 at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing. She was born April 23, 1952 in Highland Park, MI, the daughter of Leslie Alexander and Jean Ann (Brannon) Van Hoten. Dearest mother of Timothy D. Rice of Howell and Paul B. Jordan of Brighton. Also survived by her mother, Jean Van Hoten of Mason; sister, Peggy Tindall of Hamburg and Barb Elliott of Leslie, brother, Mark Van Hoten of Pinckney and former husband, Paul Jordan of Pinckney. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Susan Smith and May Wood and her father, Leslie Van Hoten. Judy was a 1970 graduate of Redford Union High School; was the former owner of Mom’s Pot Pies of Brighton; a very caring and giving lady, she enjoyed travel and had an adventurous spirit. She was a member of the Lord’s House, Brighton. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1-4 and 6-8 p.m. with funeral services Wednesday, January 26 at 11 a.m. at MacDonald’s Funeral Home, Howell (517-546-2800).
